Recipe:
½ avocado
¼ cup of mango chunks
¼ cup of pineapple chunks
½ cup of baby spinach
½ teaspoon of coconut oil
1-2 dates to sweeten
1 teaspoon of chia seeds*
1 teaspoon of flax seeds*
1 teaspoon of lions mane (powder form)*
½-1 cup of water or plant milk
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Top it off with some goji berries* and ENJOY!
*These are delicious superfoods filled with antioxidants and vitamins. If you are not familiar with these, no worries, I will be talking about them in my upcoming blogs!
