super green smoothie

Recipe:      

  • ½ avocado

  • ¼ cup of mango chunks

  • ¼ cup of pineapple chunks

  • ½ cup of baby spinach

  • ½ teaspoon of coconut oil

  • 1-2 dates to sweeten

  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds*

  • 1 teaspoon of flax seeds*

  • 1 teaspoon of lions mane (powder form)*

  • ½-1 cup of water or plant milk

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Top it off with some goji berries* and ENJOY!  

*These are delicious superfoods filled with antioxidants and vitamins. If you are not familiar with these, no worries, I will be talking about them in my upcoming blogs!
