Apple Cardamom Pancakes

Recipe:

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • ¼ teaspoon of cardamom

  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon of light brown sugar, sucanat, or coconut sugar

  • ½ cup of sliced green apples

  • ½ cup of oat flour (or gluten-free flour)

  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of water

Directions:

  1. Slice the green apple into thin slices.

  2. Mix the water, sugar, and sunflower oil. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate container.

  3. Combine and let it sit for 5 minutes.

  4. To make the pancakes, place the batter onto a pan and evenly distribute the apple slices.

  5. Repeat and ENJOY!
