Apple Cardamom Pancakes
Recipe:
1 teaspoon of baking powder
¼ teaspoon of cardamom
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of light brown sugar, sucanat, or coconut sugar
½ cup of sliced green apples
½ cup of oat flour (or gluten-free flour)
¼ teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of water
Directions:
Slice the green apple into thin slices.
Mix the water, sugar, and sunflower oil. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate container.
Combine and let it sit for 5 minutes.
To make the pancakes, place the batter onto a pan and evenly distribute the apple slices.
Repeat and ENJOY!
