Prenatal yoga is a great way to prepare for childbirth by focusing on stretching, mental strengthening, and focused breath.

Postpartum yoga is focused on recovery after giving birth by reducing stress and postpartum symptoms.

Meditation practices allow you to quiet the mind, come into stillness, and bring your focus to your breath. Meditation practice can range from 5-15 minutes during a yoga class.

Helpful desk exercises are included to help release tension in the neck, shoulders, upper and lower back. Great stretches if you sit in front of a computer all day. These exercises range from 5-15 minutes.

I’m not flexible. Can i do yoga?
Yes! There’s a universal misconception that you have to be flexible to do yoga, but in reality, you are quite the candidate. Your flexibility will be improved through time, practice, and consistency.
I’m Pregnant, can i still do yoga?
Yes, please let me know if you are! Yoga is perfect if you are pregnant. It helps support your changing body, improve sleep, prepares you for labor and delivery, and provides relief from common pregnancy complaints.
I just had a baby, can i still do yoga?
Yes, please let me know. Yoga is great in reducing the risk of postpartum depression. It can help balance your energy, reduce stress and anxiety, and decrease blood pressure.
I’m not fit, can i still do yoga?
Yes! Yoga is a great way to slowly get into any type of physical activity. My classes are for all levels and will increase your overall self-confidence and well-being.
Do I need a Mat?
Yes, you will need a mat for your practice.
are there any other props?
I recommend you invest in yoga blocks (a set of 2) and a strap to help you safely move into poses.
What should i wear?
Wear comfy workout clothes that allow you to move freely and comfortably.
can i eat before class?
It is recommended you do not eat a large meal at least 2 hours before class. If you need to eat, eat a light snack or light meal. Stay hydrated, so drink plenty of water before and after class.
I feel sore, can i still do yoga?
Yes! Please be mindful of how your body is feeling that day. There will be days where your body is feeling tighter than other’s, which is okay. I always encourage you to be in-tuned with how you are feeling and how your body feels for that day.
Can I access the videos without having a zoom account?
Yes, you will just need the passcode to access the recording.
Can I cancel the membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Although, I would be sad to see you go.
